Return, Refund, and Shipping Policy

At Farmyard, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction by offering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy to better understand our procedures for returns, refunds, and damaged items.
1. Reporting Damaged Product:
- If your product is damaged during transit, we require customers to record a video while opening the package to document the damage. This video helps us assess the issue promptly and process your claim efficiently.

After reviewing the video and confirming the damage, we will replace the product at no additional cost, and shipping will be covered by us.
2. Returns and Refunds:
If you wish to return a product, the following conditions apply:

The product must be in its original packaging, and seals must remain intact.

Opened, tampered, or used products will not be accepted.

The return must be initiated within 7 business days.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product to our address, which will be provided by our Customer Care Team once the return is initiated.

Once our team inspects and approves the returned item, we will process a refund (excluding shipping costs) to your shared account within 1 business day after inspection.
3. Shipping Policy

We ship all over Pakistan.

Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 3,000 (PKR). For orders below Rs. 3,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 will apply.

Customers will receive their orders within 2-5 business days after dispatch.
